Barbadian singer and businesswoman Rihanna has recently learned to speak Yoruba, thanks to UK-based makeup artist Damilola Adejonwo, who shared the fun moment on Instagram.

Barbadian singer and businesswoman Robyn Rihanna Fenty has picked up some Yoruba, one of Nigeria’s native languages. In a video posted on Instagram by UK-based makeup artist Damilola Adejonwo, also known as Senorfenty, Rihanna was seen practising her Yoruba.

During a Fenty event, Senorfenty taught Rihanna how to say “Mo wa pa,” which means “I’m fine.” He shared the video with the caption:

“Mo wa pa oooooo!!!!! I was telling Rihanna that I’m Nigerian and she needed to learn Yoruba, so I taught her ‘mo wa pa,’ which means ‘I’m doing well.’ She couldn’t stop saying it the whole time. That might be her next single 😂😂😂😂 she’s such a vibe.”
