According to The Independent, a newly unsealed indictment accuses Combs and his associates of coercing women into abusive sexual acts, some of which were recorded under a disturbing label Combs allegedly referred to as “Freak Outs.”
Combs’ lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, has maintained his client’s innocence, expressing disappointment in the decision to move forward with what he described as an unjust prosecution by the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
As reported by Sky News, Combs is facing multiple charges, including sex trafficking, drug possession, and firearms offences. The indictment from the Southern District of New York outlines three main charges: racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking through force, fraud, or coercion, and transporting individuals for prostitution.
